| Pastor Williams sent me an article taken from USA Today entitled “China Currency Push Takes Aim at Dollar”. The article talks about China bidding to enter the heart of global finance by establishing its currency, the renminbi, as part of a ubiquitous monetary unit used in official transactions around the world. Pastor Williams has said this information is “Very important. Latest on Chinese currency becoming the Reserve Currency. It is all shaping up for 2015. Our listeners need to know this. This information comes from my friend. It is reliable.”

The article discusses a decision on a new Special Drawing Right, which is the composite reserve currency used in official financing being decided by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank. The decision on a new SDR structure, to be made in the next 15 months, will influence how China and its currency can play a bigger part in driving world trade, investment and capital flows. The article goes on to discuss recalculating the composition of the SDR, which comes up for review in 2015, to follow market developments, reflecting a big increase in demand for renminbi financing from private banks, central banks, traders, corporations and asset managers. The renminbi has made impressive strides recently and is challenging the euro in several key fields. |

| In another article from Reuters entitled “Fed Officials Keep Eyes on Mid-2015 Rate Rise” Pastor Williams has said “this is just what we predicted in our latest DVD – Special Events Scheduled For 2015”. In the article it says that the Fed is considering raising interest rates around the middle of next year (2015), although two top officials at the U.S. central bank said the exact timing would depend on the economy. The article continues by saying the Fed considers the U.S. jobless rate of 5.9% close to its full employment targets. Pastor Williams said to be wary and shared another article that said that today’s recovery is a total sham with real unemployment at least 12% with the labor force at its lowest since 1978 when only 40% of women having entered the workforce and with most “new jobs” being part-time retail and service jobs. The article went on to discuss futures market shifting to point to a September 2015 rate hike after bond-buying ends before rates increase being between two and 12 months. |

| The news continues, with Pastor Williams sharing another article from the Financial Times entitled “Banks Rewrite Derivatives Rules to Cope with Future Crisis”. Pastor Williams says “the banks see what is coming and want to cover their losses.” He continued by stating “This is exactly what my friend said and we have said in a number of DVD’s. Interest rates rise, Derivative problems, Stock market collapse, Banking trouble, September & October 2015. Like dominoes. The banks see it coming as you will see in this article.”

The article talks about the world’s biggest banks tearing up the rule book on the derivatives market to make it easier to resolve future failing institutions such as Lehman Brothers. It says that 18 banks ranging from Credit Suisse to Goldman Sachs have agreed to give up the right to pull the plug on derivatives contracts with any crisis-stricken institutions. What this means is that these banks have come up with a plan to stop their counterparties terminating derivatives contracts in the event of a crisis. Ultimately shareholders of the failed institution would be wiped out, but the operating company would be recapitalised or sold to mitigate the shock to the broader financial system ending ‘too big to fail’. The company would stay in business, with the financial sector absorbing the losses. The International Swaps and Derivatives Association said that the banks portrayed the success of the talks as a rare positive example of industry collaboration and will announce the agreement to change its “protocols” will take effect from January 1, 2015. |

So just how great was October for markets?
Reem Nasr    | @reemanasr
Friday, 30 Oct 2015 | 4:45 PM ET

This month has been a good one for financial markets. All three major indices had their best month since October of 2011.

Since 1992, there have been just four months in which the Dow Jones industrial average has seen monthly gains bigger than this month. And three of those four months were in October.

See more key market stats here:
  • The Dow also had its biggest monthly point gain ever, up 1,379 points in October
  • The S&P 500 has only had 12 monthly gains greater than 8% back to 1987
  • Microsoft is up 18.93% for the month; its best since April
  • Amazon is up 22.27% for the month, its best month since July
  • The German DAX turned in its best month since April 2009, with a gain of 12.32% this month
  • The UK FTSE 100 turned in its best month since July 2013, with a gain of 4.94% this October
  • Japan's Nikkei turned in its best month since April 2013; it gained 9.75%
  • China's Shanghai Comp turned in its best month since April 2015; it gained 10.8%
  • Shanghai broke a 4-month losing streak, closing positive for the month for the first time in 5 months
  • Baidu is up 36.4% in October, for its 4th best month ever (back to its 2005 IPO)
  • WTI Crude is up 3.4% for October, but hit July highs of $50.92 per barrel earlier in the month
  • Natural gas suffered their worst month since December 2014 when futures lost 29.16%; they were down 7.9% in October
  • Natural gas futures have turned in 4 consecutive months of losses for the first time since September 2011

| I subscribe to a quarterly periodical in the UK called “The UK Column” published independently from the established mainstream media. Within the newspaper were a number of articles one was entitled “New Rules For Financial Carnage” and talks more about what is proposed by the Financial Times article above, about new rules designed to protect global systematically important institutions such as Commerzbank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, HSBC, Societe Generale and Credit Agricole. The new rules follow a “war game” which took place on October 13, 2014 at the offices of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Arlington, Virginia. Present were the FDIC and Bank of England staff, along with “top financial brass” from the US and UK treasuries. The war game was the first of its kind and designed to test how they would react to another financial crash of the scale of 2008. The new rules oblige banks to wait up to 48 hours before requiring settlement of derivatives contracts from a failing bank. This delay will be used to give regulators time to transfer asset from the failing bank, as well as obligations to a “bridge company”, negating the need to unwind derivatives contracts. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne said “We want to make sure we are able to handle an institution that previously would have been too big to fail … We are confident in this framework, but we are testing it.” |

| Another article within the pages of “The UK Column” is entitled “Legacies, Clouds & Uncertainties”. This article discusses the recent release of the IMF’s World Economic Outlook update entitled ‘Legacies, Clouds & Uncertainties.’ The article says that while attempting to put a brave face on the current situation, the IMF tried to divert attention onto the fraudulent notion of “growth.” In this context they completely ignored the fact that the growth they spoke about fails to meet current debt obligations, never mind unfunded future obligations such as old age care and pensions.  An incredible amount of seniors are claiming disability benefits, social security, Medicare and Medicaid; driving the welfare spending to nearly $1 trillion per year in the US alone. They downplayed the successes of emerging economies, since these economies are no longer playing casino finance, opting instead for real physical economic development. One area they could not ignore is the systematic risk still running through the financial system “Easy financial conditions and the resulting search for yield, could fuel financial excess. Markets may have under-priced risks by not fully internalizing the uncertainties around the global outlook. A larger-than-expected increase in U.S. long-term interest rates, geopolitical events, or major growth disappointments could trigger widespread disruption.” |

| “Downside risks have increased compared with the spring. The main reason is the increase in geopolitical risks, including turmoil in the Middle East and international tensions surrounding the situation in Russia and Ukraine. Also, with the baseline now reflecting increased financial market optimism – risk spreads and major implied volatility indicators are close to pre-crisis expansion lows. Equity prices have continued to rise, and longer-term yields have declined – downside risks from a financial market correction have increased.” In other words, we are looking at a major risk of a major financial crash. When the IMF are telling you to prepare, you need to prepare and quickly! |

| On September 25, 2014 Pastor Williams asked me to send out a newsletter entitled “Buy Gold As Quickly As Possible!” As predicted gold didn’t fall far south of $1,200 an ounce at $1,180 per ounce on October 6, 2014 before it rebounded to just under $1,250 an ounce today. As I have said many times, gold has been trading historically for the past several years between $1,200 and $1,400 an ounce. Our prediction was correct once again! Please take notice of what Pastor Williams has told you time and again, “Gold & Silver, that’s the currency of the Elite!” He has only recommended tangible assets such as physical gold and silver. I am sure many of you took his advice and purchased as much gold as you could lay your hands on. If you haven’t, physical gold is still very cheap and I recommend that you purchase physical gold today before it rises significantly. My personal recommendation for anyone looking at investing in physical gold is Regal Assets for their first class service, especially for IRA and 401k rollovers. Well, maybe not the world. Just the Republican Party. Looming Financial Crisis? UPDATE (12.14.2015)- Where's your Gold now?

I just saw something that reminded me of how really ridiculous it is that people are still making predictions on Gold and Gas Prices.

It was a conversation I was having with someone on my Facebook feed in 2010.

Gold:

Gold futures fall to a more than one-week low
Published: Dec 14, 2015 10:32 a.m. ET

Gold prices came under pressure on Monday, as oil plunged anew and investors braced for Wednesday’s U.S. interest-rate decision by Federal Reserve policy makers.

Gold for February delivery GCF6, -0.53%  fell $7.20, or 0.7%, to $1,068.50 an ounce, after losing 0.8% last week. A settlement around this level would be the lowest in more than a week.

“Dealers and speculators are trying to second guess what the market’s reaction to the expected Fed rate hike on Wednesday will be and are reading the price, in line with the technical picture, as downwards,” said Julian Phillips, founder of and contributor to GoldForecaster.com.

“But such plays are high risk ones, for if the Fed does not affect the dollar exchange rate they will have to unwind their positions in the face of a market going the other way,” he said.

The Federal Open Market Committee is expected to raise interest rates when it meets on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a hike could weaken the appeal of the precious metal. A rate hike is widely viewed as lowering opportunity costs of owning metals that don’t offer a yield.

The probability of a Fed interest-rate hike next week is 79%, based on futures prices, according to CME Group’s FedWatch.

2 Degrees, $100 Billion: The World Climate Agreement, By The Numbers
Updated December 12, 20157:27 PM ET

Representatives from 196 nations made a historic pact Saturday, agreeing to adopt green energy sources, cut down on climate change emissions and limit the rise of global temperatures — while also cooperating to cope with the impact of unavoidable climate change.

The deal still needs to be adopted by individual governments — but the acceptance by the diplomats gathered in Paris has been hailed as "transformative."

The agreement acknowledges that the threat of climate change is "urgent and potentially irreversible," and can only be addressed through "the widest possible cooperation by all countries" and "deep reductions in global emissions."

But how deep will those reductions be — and how soon, and who's paying for it?

Here are some key figures from the final agreement.

2 Degrees

The central goal of the agreement is laid out in one phrase:

"Holding the increase in global average temperature to well below 2 degrees C above pre-industrial levels ..."

Limiting the rise in temperature to 2 degrees (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) has been discussed as a global goal for several years now. That amount of warming will still have a substantial impact, scientists say, but will be less devastating than allowing temperatures to rise unchecked.

The global average temperature has already risen about 1 degree Celsius, relative to pre-industrial levels.

And even if every signatory country meets its current pledge for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, the world is still expected to pass 2 degrees of warming, as the agreement itself notes with concern. (That section is literally labeled "Notes with concern.")

The current emission targets are just a first step, in short, and the Paris signatories hope the world can figure out how to get closer to the 2-degree goal as time goes on.

... Or 1.5 Degrees

But wait! There's more!

That same sentence in the deal continues: "... and to pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.5 degrees C above pre-industrial levels, recognizing that this would significantly reduce the risks and impacts of climate change."
That's right. The big, ambitious goal is immediately followed ... by a bigger, more ambitious goal.

Small island nations, in particular, fought hard to have this number appear in the agreement, noting that even if the temperature increase was held at 2 degrees, the resulting rise in sea levels would be devastating for them.

Island representatives adopted the oft-repeated motto, "1.5 to stay alive," as NPR's Ari Shapiro reported earlier this week.

And while those vulnerable nations didn't manage to establish 1.5 degrees C (2.7 degrees F) as the legally binding target, it is worked in as an aspiration. But it's a goal that would be even harder to achieve than 2 degrees — which, again, is a target the world hasn't yet figured out how to meet.

$100 Billion

"To help developing countries switch from fossil fuels to greener sources of energy and adapt to the effects of climate change, the developed world will provide $100 billion a year," NPR's Chris Joyce, who has been covering the climate conference, reports.

But that amount is identified as a "floor," not a ceiling.

"Developed countries won inclusion of language that would up the ante in subsequent years,"
Chris explains, "so that financial aid will keep ramping up over time."

'As Soon As Possible'

This one isn't exactly a number ... but it's the target time for "global peaking" of climate change emissions.

It's an acknowledgement that in the near future, total emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases won't fall — in fact, they'll rise, as developing economies consume more energy.

But the plan assumes that greener technology, conservation efforts and processes to remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere will eventually allow emissions to decline instead of rise — and at that point, the "peak" will be achieved.

2020

Nations aren't expected to ratchet their emissions back immediately.

"Each country came to Paris with a voluntary pledge to reduce emissions," Chris says. "The agreement now codifies that and sets a framework for those reductions to begin in 2020."

That year is also the deadline for countries to submit a more long-term plan — not an immediate pledge, like their current goals, but one looking decades into the future.

5 Years

After the 2020 reductions kick in, it's not over: The deal is designed to evolve as the years pass. Every five years, specifically, each nation's targets will be reevaluated to move the world closer to the 2-degree target.

This element of the deal is one strongly supported by President Obama, and it's highlighted in a White House fact sheet:

"Targets must be submitted 9-12 months before they are finalized, creating time for other countries and civil society to seek clarity about the targets submitted," the administration writes.

"Each target should reflect progress from the prior one, reflecting the highest possible ambition that each country can achieve. This durable, long term framework will drive greater climate ambition as technologies improve and circumstances change."

2050(ish)

This target date isn't actually precise: The deal describes it as "mid-century."

But that's when the world is supposed to meet another goal, which is much more concrete:

0

Zero, as in net zero emissions of greenhouse gases.

No one expects that over the next 40 years, the world would entirely stop using every form of technology that releases greenhouse gases. Instead, as Chris Joyce explains, the mid-century target would be met by balancing inputs and outputs:

"Any greenhouse gases emitted would be balanced or zeroed out by removing an equivalent amount from the atmosphere. In the case of carbon dioxide, that would presumably be accomplished by growing forests, which absorb carbon dioxide."

???

Diplomacy isn't always quantifiable. Many sections of the deal, of course, don't nail down any numbers at all.

For instance, nations around the world "should strengthen their cooperation on enhancing action on adaptation" to the effects of climate change, the agreement states.

"All Parties should cooperate to enhance the capacity of develop country Parties to implement this agreement,"
it says elsewhere. And "Parties shall cooperate in taking measures, as appropriate, to enhance climate change education, training, public awareness, public participation and public access to information."
55 Countries, 55 Percent

The agreement still needs to be approved by the individual governments of the countries involved.

But the U.N. won't be waiting for all 196 nations to give the green light. Countries have from April 22, 2016, to April 21, 2017, to officially sign on to the agreement.

Once at least 55 nations — representing, between them, at least 55 percent of the world's total greenhouse gas emissions — have signed on, the pact can go into effect.

It will kick in 30 days after that requirement is met.

Are Israeli teachers armed?

So this post has been floating around:

"Israel has had no classroom shootings since 1974 when they started arming teachers."

Well, I think you already know where this is going...

Are Israeli teachers armed?
Monday, December 17, 2012 |  Ron Cantor

There is a picture going around the Internet that I have seen about a dozen times today that claims that Israeli teachers are packing heat. Well, are they? The answer is “NO.” There may be some exceptions in dangerous areas like the West Bank (where five percent of Israelis live), but in general, Israeli teachers are not walking around like it’s the Wild Wild West, strapped with a six shooter. No, our teachers are not focused on shooting, but educating. That doesn’t mean, however, that we don’t protect young students.

In the picture, the students are on an outing. While it appears that the teacher is holding a rifle, I have never seen such a thing in ten years of living here. Rest assured however, they are under armed protection. In most cases it is an armed guard or a soldier that will accompany a class, not the teacher. And my guess is that the woman with the gun is a security guard, not a teacher.

Israel rejects NRA's guns-in-schools claim

JERUSALEM

Israel's policy on issuing guns is restrictive, and armed guards at its schools are meant to stop terrorists, not crazed or disgruntled gunmen, experts said Monday, rejecting claims by America's top gun lobby that Israel serves as proof for its philosophy that the U.S. needs more weapons, not fewer.

Far from the image of a heavily armed population where ordinary people have their own arsenals to repel attackers, Israel allows its people to acquire firearms only if they can prove their professions or places of residence put them in danger. The country relies on its security services, not armed citizens, to prevent terror attacks.

Though military service in Israel is compulsory, routine familiarity with weapons does not carry over into civilian life. Israel has far fewer private weapons per capita than the U.S., and while there have been gangster shootouts on the streets from time to time, gun rampages outside the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are unheard of.

The National Rifle Association responded to the Dec. 14 killing of 20 first-graders and six adults at a Connecticut elementary school by resisting calls for tighter gun control and calling for armed guards and police at schools. On Sunday, the lobby's chief executive, Wayne LaPierre, invoked his perception of the Israeli school security system to back his proposal.

"Israel had a whole lot of school shootings until they did one thing: They said, `We're going to stop it,' and they put armed security in every school and they have not had a problem since then," LaPierre said on the NBC News show "Meet the Press."

Israel never had "a whole lot of school shootings." Authorities could only recall two in the past four decades.

In 1974, 22 children and three adults were killed in a Palestinian attack on an elementary school in Maalot, near the border with Lebanon. The attackers' goal was to take the children hostage and trade them for imprisoned militants.

In 2008, another Palestinian assailant killed eight young people, most of them teens, at a nighttime study session at a Jewish religious seminary in Jerusalem. An off-duty soldier who happened to be in the area killed the attacker with his personal firearm.

Israel didn't mandate armed guards at the entrances to all schools until 1995, the Education Ministry said — more than two decades after the Maalot attack and two years after a Palestinian militant wounded five pupils and their principal in a knifing at a Jerusalem school.

Israel's lightly armed school guards are not the first or the last line of defense. They are backed up by special police forces on motorcycles that can be on the scene within minutes — again bringing out the main, but not the only, difference between the two systems.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmor spelled it out.

"We're fighting terrorism, which comes under very specific geopolitical and military circumstances. This is not something that compares with the situation in the U.S," Palmor said.

09.25.2015: He quits?

Speaker John Boehner retiring from Congress at the end of October
The House speaker’s sudden announcement stunned Capitol Hill.
By Jake Sherman
09/25/15 09:32 AM EDT

Speaker John Boehner, who rose from bartender's son to the most powerful man in Congress, will retire at the end of October, ending a tumultuous five-year tenure atop the House of Representatives.

Boehner, 65, planned to leave Congress at the end of 2014, one of his aides said Friday morning, but returned because of the unexpected defeat of Eric Cantor.

"The Speaker believes putting members through prolonged leadership turmoil would do irreparable damage to the institution,"
the Boehner aide said. "He is proud of what this majority has accomplished, and his speakership, but for the good of the Republican Conference and the institution, he will resign the Speakership and his seat in Congress, effective October 30."

On Thursday evening as he left the Capitol, Boehner (R-Ohio) told two reporters — one from POLITICO and another from the Washington Post — that he had nothing left to accomplish after he brought Pope Francis to the Capitol. When asked if he was resigning, Boehner laughed before exiting into an awaiting SUV with his Capitol Police detail.

Boehner came into power on the momentum of the 2010 tea party wave, but it was that movement that gave him the most problems. Boehner's tenure will be remembered for his internal political battles, but also his complicated relationship with President Barack Obama. He and Obama tried — but repeatedly failed — to cut a deal on a massive fiscal agreement. But Boehner has had some significant victories, including the free-trade deal that Congress passed this year, and changes to entitlement systems.

Lone Wolf

Assailant in Garland, Texas, attack bought gun in 2010 under Fast and Furious operation

In May, Nadir Soofi and Elton Simpson opened fire outside a Garland, Texas, contest for cartoons depicting the prophet Muhammad. Both were killed by police. It is unclear whether Soofi used the gun he bought five years ago in the assault.  (Ben Torres / Getty Images)

By RICHARD A. SERRANO

Five years before he was shot to death in the failed terrorist attack in Garland, Texas, Nadir Soofi walked into a suburban Phoenix gun shop to buy a 9-millimeter pistol.

At the time, Lone Wolf Trading Co. was known among gun smugglers for selling illegal firearms. And with Soofi's history of misdemeanor drug and assault charges, there was a chance his purchase might raise red flags in the federal screening process.

Inside the store, he fudged some facts on the form required of would-be gun buyers.

What Soofi could not have known was that Lone Wolf was at the center of a federal sting operation known as Fast and Furious, targeting Mexican drug lords and traffickers. The idea of the secret program was to allow Lone Wolf to sell illegal weapons to criminals and straw purchasers, and track the guns back to large smuggling networks and drug cartels.

Instead, federal agents lost track of the weapons and the operation became a fiasco, particularly after several of the missing guns were linked to shootings in Mexico and the 2010 killing of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in Arizona.

Soofi's attempt to buy a gun caught the attention of authorities, who slapped a seven-day hold on the transaction, according to his Feb. 24, 2010, firearms transaction record, which was reviewed by the Los Angeles Times. Then, for reasons that remain unclear, the hold was lifted after 24 hours, and Soofi got the 9-millimeter.

As the owner of a small pizzeria, the Dallas-born Soofi, son of a Pakistani American engineer and American nurse, would not have been the primary focus of federal authorities, who back then were looking for smugglers and drug lords.

He is now.

The Gold Update - 07.25.2015

I find this entire thing to be fascinating.

Gold could plunge to $1,000 quicker than you think
Arjun Kharpal    | @ArjunKharpal

Gold is doomed
By Matt O'Brien July 25 at 10:27 AM

A little less than four years ago, the world looked like it was about to end and gold hit an all-time high of $1,895 an ounce.

The United States had manufactured a debt crisis, and Europe hadn't been able to manufacture a solution to its actual debt crisis, so panicky investors sought safety in the same place they had for 5,000 years: a shiny rock. The only problem, as you might have noticed, is that the world did not, in fact, end. It's still here, so gold prices aren't. The yellow metal has fallen 42 percent from its peak—and 8 percent in just the last month—despite the fact that the Federal Reserve has printed more than $1.5 trillion in this time. That, after all, is what gold aficionados said would make its price go to the moon, if not infinity and beyond. So what's happened? Well, exactly what economists said would happen.

When you think about it, a bet on gold is really a bet that the people in charge don't know what they're doing. Policymakers missed yesterday's financial crisis, so maybe they're missing tomorrow's inflation, too. That, at least, is what a cavalcade of charlatans, cranks, and armchair economists have been shouting for years now, from the penny ads that run on the bottom of websites—did you know that the $5 bill proves the stock market is on the cusp of crashing?—to Glenn Beck infomercials and even hedge fund conferences. Indeed, John Paulson, who made more fortunes than you can count betting against subprime, has been piling into gold for six years now, because he thinks "the consequences of printing money over time will be inflation." They all do. Goldbugs act like the Federal Reserve's public balance sheet is a secret only they have discovered, and that it's only a matter of time until prices explode like they did in the 1970s United States, if not 1920s Germany.

July 4th, 1776 - July 4th, 2015

Last year, I wrote a little something on July 4th.
Here's some more history to consider:

"The Meaning of July Fourth for the Negro"

"What, to the American slave, is your 4th of July? I answer; a day that reveals to him, more than all other days in the year, the gross injustice and cruelty to which he is the constant victim. To him, your celebration is a sham; your boasted liberty, an unholy license; your national greatness, swelling vanity; your sound of rejoicing are empty and heartless; your denunciation of tyrants brass fronted impudence; your shout of liberty and equality, hollow mockery; your prayers and hymns, your sermons and thanks-givings, with all your religious parade and solemnity, are to him, mere bombast, fraud, deception, impiety, and hypocrisy -- a thin veil to cover up crimes which would disgrace a nation of savages. There is not a nation on the earth guilty of practices more shocking and bloody than are the people of the United States, at this very hour."

Ghosts of America’s past: Reflections on Independence Day 2015

Activists hold placards as they take part in a vigil in what organizers said was in "remembrance of black women and girls killed by the police," in Union Square, Manhattan, New York (Reuters / Elizabeth Shafiroff)
Activists hold placards as they take part in a vigil in what organizers said was in "remembrance of black women and girls killed by the police," in Union Square, Manhattan, New York (Reuters / Elizabeth Shafiroff)

It’s the Fourth of July in America, and gay marriage has just been legalized by a Supreme Court ruling, the Confederate flag is being displayed on public property and Black churches are being set afire.

“If you could separate causes from results, if you could know that Paine, Marx, Jefferson, Lenin were results, not causes, you might survive,” John Steinbeck wrote in “The Grapes of Wrath” (1939).

Meanwhile, the police continue to kill African Americans without accountability. The government has developed flying killer robots that are able to assassinate people from the sky. The National Security Agency is recording the phone calls, emails, and internet activities of millions of US citizens. Beyond American borders, our leaders are psyching us up for bigger confrontations with Russia and China, as US military forces pour into the Pacific.

The above paragraphs sound like the opening of an apocalyptic science fiction novel. However, it’s all true. And it gets worse.

The Angry, Poor Millennials Are Getting Political

Underlying it all is an economic crisis. The so-called “recovery” has missed a big section of the country. The good-paying industrial jobs that once defined the US “middle class” have been eliminated. Young people with record amounts of student debt are stuck in a low-wage economy, often living off their parents. US popular discourse bemoans this generation of “millennials” who “just can’t get their lives together.” Young mid-Westerners and Southerners are fleeing to the coastal areas in order to find jobs. Life in much of the Rust Belt has simply become unlivable.

Despite not being as inclined to buy houses and cars or get married at the rate of previous generations, the young millennials seem to be far more interested in politics. In 2011, they slept in tents around the clock at Occupy camps protesting the power of the wealthy “1 percent.” Now, a few years later, young millennials are shutting down highways and bridges in opposition to police brutality, as the new rallying cry is “Black Lives Matter!” The increasingly active new generation of low-paid workers with student debt is much more favorable to once forbidden political ideologies like socialism. ) Libertarianism, anarchism and communism all have a slew of new adherents as well.

In the background, starting just a little more than a week after the July 4 holiday, the US military will begin a series of military exercises in the southwestern states codenamed “Operation Jade Helm,” which has been explained to the public as rehearsal for “unconventional warfare” on US soil. “Unconventional warfare” is military-speak for armed insurrections among the population. The US Army Green Berets, US Marines Special Operation Command, US Navy Seals, and US Air Force Special Operations Command will be in nine different states practicing “counterinsurgency” tactics.

If black people in churches owned guns, or had a guard at the door with a gun, it would be seen as militant.

I hear and read a lot of right-wing non-sense about the tyranny "America" is facing, and Ted Cruz had the nerve to suggest that Same-Sex Marriage being legal was the darkest day in our history.

9 people were just murdered in a Church and Ted Cruz thinks that gays getting married is darker than that?

I think his thoughts reflect the mindset of a lot of people on the right.

What the difference between Same-Sex Marraige and Pedophilia?

The short answer:
consent

Two people of the same-sex are consenting to that sin, a child cannot consent to anything of that nature.

I saw following article posted with the caption:

"This was predicted, and here it is. Bestiality will be the next thing after this."

'GAY' LAWS SET STAGE FOR PEDOPHILIA 'RIGHTS'
Psychologist claims 'minor-attracted persons' normal as heterosexuals
Published: 07/18/2013 at 9:24 PM
http://www.wnd.com/2013/07/gay-laws-set-stage-for-pedophilia-rights/

That article is relying on several people who are not even relevant to the agenda to support the idea that adult-child sexual relationships will eventually be valid and normal. This approach to research fails on it's face from the first paragraph.

I asked in April: (after Bruce Jenner announced his Transgendered distraction, I mean desire)

> So, what's next?

Polygamy:
from Late Greek πολυγαμία, polygamia, "state of marriage to many spouses"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polygamy

Polyamory:
(from Greek πολύ poly, "many, several", and Latin amor, "love") is the practice, desire, or acceptance of intimate relationships that are not exclusive with respect to other sexual or intimate relationships, with knowledge and consent of everyone involved
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyamory

> Will the world accept the absolute worst kind of sickness?

Pedophilia:
Pedophilia or paedophilia is a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children, generally age 11 years or younger.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedophilia

> I use to think so, but I think since it's an obvious victimization of children, (and even the most anti-Christ individuals would agree) that the masses would never accept it as normal human behavior.

Consider the following:

Multiple Lovers, Without Jealousy
Polyamorous people still face plenty of stigmas, but some studies suggest they handle certain relationship challenges better than monogamous people do.
Olga Khazan
Illustrations by Jackie Lay
JULY 21, 2014

When I met Jonica Hunter, Sarah Taub, and Michael Rios on a typical weekday afternoon in their tidy duplex in Northern Virginia, a very small part of me worried they might try to convert me.

All three live there together, but they aren’t roommates—they’re lovers.

Or rather, Jonica and Michael are. And Sarah and Michael are. And so are Sarah and whomever she happens to bring home some weekends. And Michael and whomever he might be courting. They’re polyamorous.

Michael is 65, and he has a chinstrap beard that makes him look like he just walked off an Amish homestead. Jonica is 27, with close-cropped hair, a pointed chin, and a quiet air. Sarah is 46 and has an Earth Motherly demeanor that put me at relative ease.

Together, they form a polyamorous “triad”— one of the many formations that’s possible in this jellyfish of a sexual preference. “There’s no one way to do polyamory” is a common refrain in “the community.” Polyamory—which literally means “many loves”—can involve any number of people, either cohabiting or not, sometimes all having sex with each other, and sometimes just in couples within the larger group.

Considering Bestiality for a moment, that is also something that a majority believe to be a crime against animals.

Zoophilia
Zoophilia is a paraphilia involving a sexual fixation on animals. Bestiality is cross-species sexual activity between human and non-human animals.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoophilia

Remember, they plan on outlawing the very eating of meat in the future, why would they allow raping animals?

They don't need to make what the whole of society agrees to be criminal behavior legal in order to bring about Global Government.

I just don't see them going that far, especially considering the pattern of Babylonian behavior so far. (yes, I could be wrong, but I'll need more data to believe it.)

For one, we have to accept that we really are living in a culturally post-Christian nation. The fundamental norms Christians have long been able to depend on no longer exist. To be frank, the court majority may impose on the rest of the nation a view widely shared by elites, but it is also a view shared by a majority of Americans. There will be no widespread popular resistance to Obergefell. This is the new normal.

Americans are shifting left on almost every social issue you can think of
Updated by Matthew Yglesias on May 28, 2015, 9:00 a.m. ET

Americans are feeling a lot more permissive about things in 2015 than they did in 2001.

A recent Gallup poll shows Americans are more likely to say that gay sex is morally acceptable, that divorce is acceptable, that extramarital affairs are acceptable, that physician-assisted suicide is acceptable, and even that cloning animals or human beings is acceptable:

It's not that these matters are related or even that anything goes — public support for cloning, suicide, and polygamy (among other things) remains distinctly low. But the matter of what is acceptable behavior has widely expanded.

Just about the only things Americans are less likely to accept since 2001? The death penalty and animal testing. While the trend is shifting in a libertarian direction, the rising influence of "cultural liberal" values seem to move along with more libertine views about sex and a growing compassion toward convicted criminals and non-human animals.

Remember when I said I noticed people liking content related to black people being shot and beaten but never posting anything about whites committing crime?

Take a look at this interesting conversation: (concerning the same-sex marriage ruling)

Person 1: "Was this the last nail in the coffin for America? We will just have to wait and see where the American society goes from here. My projection, into the dumps even further than before."

Person 2: "I think that we are about to see a lot of changes, and not many, if any, good ones. This is going to provide leverage for all the LGBT people, and I think we are going to see Christians being sued, fined, and sent to jail for taking a stand on the Word of God. And we'll see a lot of "Christians" that will be showing that they are not true Christians."

> You know how to avoid being persecuted before it's actually time to be persecuted? Stop trying to apply the Word of God to the constitution.

Person 1: "Christ told us this would happen so I'm not offended just still hate to see it that's all."

Person 2: "Agreed. I think that we (that is, all Christians) should cling to whatever rights we have, and fight to keep them, but my prayer is for the course that will bring God the most glory, and most speed the return of Jesus."

Person 1: "Same here. He will bring it all around I know because he is in control and nothing happens without his notice."

Person 2: "You know this is just further proof that the fallen angels are unrepentant and are continuing to try and destroy God's plan by taking as many in the flesh with them as they can we should pray for their help against these fallen spirits."

These two people think that that this meme is true:
(and quite a few people liked it when it was posted on Facebook)

I like it when people only trust government data when it fits their world view.

I know for a fact that people who clicked 'like' on this didn't even bother to prove it.

Do I have a bias?
Yes.

Allow me to explain why.

I am a black man.
I know, shocking right?

You see, how the police treat other black people affects me because even after Jesus Christ called me, repenting of my sins, being baptized and keeping the Law of God I am still black.

That will never change.
I still have to operate and move accordingly since I live in black skin.

So I obey the law and take it even further than that.
I move with caution, as thought I am around bears in the woods.

You think I'm worried about being persecuted as a Christian?
Please, one slip and I can be shot reaching for my wallet.

"but...Jesus Christ can protect you..."

Yes, and he has.
I think there's a reason for that:

I obey the law and do not protest when my rights are violated.
Unlike the rest of the black population, I am an Ambassador of Christ.

Being wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove is how I roll in all things.
It's the reason my personal Facebook page will never have political or religious content.

It's pretty simple.

==================================================

I've been trying to understand why people think that same-sex marriage is what will cause America to fall.

I mean, what about all the other things America has done before anyone announced being fruity was "OK"?

Why do people continue to connect the Word of God and the Constitution as though they are the same?

Let me be clear:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."

Even with same-sex marriage being law, you can still do the following:

1) Pray to Jesus Christ.
2) Get married to the opposite sex under the name of Jesus Christ.

"The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
--John Adams

Gay Marriage is Now Legal in ALL 50 States

The Supreme Court just legalized same-sex marriage across the US
Updated by German Lopez on June 26, 2015, 10:02 a.m. ET

1) In a landmark decision, the US Supreme Court on June 26 struck down states' same-sex marriage bans, effectively bringing marriage equality to the entire US.

2) The ruling means all states should soon allow same-sex couples to marry, but some states may try to briefly resist the Supreme Court's decision.

3) Before the ruling, same-sex marriages were allowed in 37 states and Washington, DC.

Marriages should begin immediately or very soon in all states

Who's the real threat to America again?

The Charleston church shooting occurred on the evening of June 17, 2015..

Take a look at the date of this article.

The Growing Right-Wing Terror Threat
By CHARLES KURZMAN and DAVID SCHANZER JUNE 16, 2015

THIS month, the headlines were about a Muslim man in Boston who was accused of threatening police officers with a knife. Last month, two Muslims attacked an anti-Islamic conference in Garland, Tex. The month before, a Muslim man was charged with plotting to drive a truck bomb onto a military installation in Kansas. If you keep up with the news, you know that a small but steady stream of American Muslims, radicalized by overseas extremists, are engaging in violence here in the United States.

But headlines can mislead. The main terrorist threat in the United States is not from violent Muslim extremists, but from right-wing extremists. Just ask the police.

In a survey we conducted with the Police Executive Research Forum last year of 382 law enforcement agencies, 74 percent reported anti-government extremism as one of the top three terrorist threats in their jurisdiction; 39 percent listed extremism connected with Al Qaeda or like-minded terrorist organizations. And only 3 percent identified the threat from Muslim extremists as severe, compared with 7 percent for anti-government and other forms of extremism.

The self-proclaimed Islamic State’s efforts to radicalize American Muslims, which began just after the survey ended, may have increased threat perceptions somewhat, but not by much, as we found in follow-up interviews over the past year with counter terrorism specialists at 19 law enforcement agencies. These officers, selected from urban and rural areas around the country, said that radicalization from the Middle East was a concern, but not as dangerous as radicalization among right-wing extremists.

An officer from a large metropolitan area said that “militias, neo-Nazis and sovereign citizens” are the biggest threat we face in regard to extremism. One officer explained that he ranked the right-wing threat higher because “it is an emerging threat that we don’t have as good of a grip on, even with our intelligence unit, as we do with the Al Shabab/Al Qaeda issue, which we have been dealing with for some time.” An officer on the West Coast explained that the “sovereign citizen” anti-government threat has “really taken off,” whereas terrorism by American Muslim is something “we just haven’t experienced yet.”

Last year, for example, a man who identified with the sovereign citizen movement — which claims not to recognize the authority of federal or local government — attacked a courthouse in Forsyth County, Ga., firing an assault rifle at police officers and trying to cover his approach with tear gas and smoke grenades. The suspect was killed by the police, who returned fire. In Nevada, anti-government militants reportedly walked up to and shot two police officers at a restaurant, then placed a “Don’t tread on me” flag on their bodies. An anti-government extremist in Pennsylvania was arrested on suspicion of shooting two state troopers, killing one of them, before leading authorities on a 48-day manhunt. A right-wing militant in Texas declared a “revolution” and was arrested on suspicion of attempting to rob an armored car in order to buy weapons and explosives and attack law enforcement. These individuals on the fringes of right-wing politics increasingly worry law enforcement officials.

Law enforcement agencies around the country are training their officers to recognize signs of anti-government extremism and to exercise caution during routine traffic stops, criminal investigations and other interactions with potential extremists. “The threat is real,” says the handout from one training program sponsored by the Department of Justice. Since 2000, the handout notes, 25 law enforcement officers have been killed by right-wing extremists, who share a “fear that government will confiscate firearms” and a “belief in the approaching collapse of government and the economy.”

Despite public anxiety about extremists inspired by Al Qaeda and the Islamic State, the number of violent plots by such individuals has remained very low. Since 9/11, an average of nine American Muslims per year have been involved in an average of six terrorism-related plots against targets in the United States. Most were disrupted, but the 20 plots that were carried out accounted for 50 fatalities over the past 13 and a half years.

In contrast, right-wing extremists averaged 337 attacks per year in the decade after 9/11, causing a total of 254 fatalities, according to a study by Arie Perliger, a professor at the United States Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center. The toll has increased since the study was released in 2012.

Other data sets, using different definitions of political violence, tell comparable stories. The Global Terrorism Database maintained by the Start Center at the University of Maryland includes 65 attacks in the United States associated with right-wing ideologies and 24 by Muslim extremists since 9/11. The International Security Program at the New America Foundation identifies 39 fatalities from “non-jihadist” homegrown extremists and 26 fatalities from “jihadist” extremists.

Meanwhile, terrorism of all forms has accounted for a tiny proportion of violence in America. There have been more than 215,000 murders in the United States since 9/11. For every person killed by Muslim extremists, there have been 4,300 homicides from other threats.

Public debates on terrorism focus intensely on Muslims. But this focus does not square with the low number of plots in the United States by Muslims, and it does a disservice to a minority group that suffers from increasingly hostile public opinion. As state and local police agencies remind us, right-wing, anti-government extremism is the leading source of ideological violence in America.

This reminds me of what Jon Stewart said:

"Nine people were shot in a black church by a white guy who hated them who wanted to start some kind of civil war," Stewart added. "The Confederate flag flies over South Carolina. And the roads are named for Confederate generals. And the white guy is the one who feels like his country is being taken away from him. We're bringing it on ourselves. And that's the thing: al-Qaeda, all those guys, ISIS, they're not shit compared to the damage that we can apparently do to ourselves on a regular basis."

Lee Boyd Malvo vs Dylann Roof

This image is circulating:

with a interesting caption:

in response to this:

They are both way off.

The only difference is Lee Boyd was shooting anyone, black or white, man or woman, and Dylann Roof was looking to kill blacks.

Tell you what, let's talk about the fact that unarmed people are more likely to be shot than people have already killed and are still armed.

Yes, there's one in that list of a guy with a knife, that's considered armed, so they can shoot to kill in that instance. You have consider that people with more fire power have lived and people with less have died.

I mean really.

Racism, Terrorism and The Lone Wolf

I've updated this with some thoughts I'd like to share.

The Alex Jones Team is dead wrong:

Terrorism

The search for a universal, precise definition of terrorism has been challenging for researchers and practitioners alike. Different definitions exist across the federal, international and research communities.

Title 22 of the U.S. Code, Section 2656f(d) defines terrorism as “premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience.” [1]

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) defines terrorism as “the unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.”

Both definitions of terrorism share a common theme: the use of force intended to influence or instigate a course of action that furthers a political or social goal. In most cases, NIJ researchers adopt the FBI definition, which stresses methods over motivations and is generally accepted by law enforcement communities.

If we consider what the shooter said:

"I want to kill black people."

We can come to the conclusion rather easily that he was committing an act of terrorism.

Unless, of course, you consider black people to not be people at all...

I'd like to make not of something else:

Being white and having black friends does not mean you are not racist.

Being black and having white friends does not mean you are not racist.

Never calling someone the opposite of your race a racial slur does not mean you don't have preconceived notions concerning other races.

You can be black man and married to a white woman and still be a racist, and the same goes for white man marrying a black woman and so on and so forth.

I've had black and white people tell me that I 'act white', and that is racist.

"but wait, there's a clear gun control agenda in this!"

Yes, there is, and it's disgusting.
The shooter would have found a way to get a gun, that's what criminal minded people do.

Now, some people are convinced he was a mind control puppet.
There's just one problem with that take on this.
No one ever says that when black people commit crime.

We don't have to let that divide us.
We are called of God, and know what scam is:

Truth: there are racists people in the world that choose to harm those different from this selves.

Lie: we need to have our guns taken from us.

Social Media Observations: Crime and Hypocrisy

The past 6 months have been interesting....

Remember the piece I wrote up:
"I just want to note something I noticed..."

Well, I decided in January 2015, that if I saw misinformation posted on Facebook I would not correct it.

Then, as the death of DJS approached, the misinformation became even more prevalent.

As I said in a previous post:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the after math of recent events concerning police brutality, I noticed something...

No one I know on Facebook that attended the COGEA posted news concerning the The Biker Shooting in Waco:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_Waco_shootout

These are the same people who had zero issue sending a video out of a Black Man discussing compliance to police:
https://www.facebook.com/Emekambadiwe/videos/806640386049375/?pnref=story

or this popular video of 'Micheal Brown' allegedly beating another man in Texas. Which has thoroughly been proven to not be him:
http://www.snopes.com/politics/crime/shawnspall.asp

I find that to be very, very revealing.

Now we have this situation going on in McKinney...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_Texas_pool_party_incident

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The weekend, I saw zero posts on Facebook concerning the Domestic Terrorist Attack on the DPD  from those who constantly post anti-Obama, pro-republican and so on.

The chances of this nation having a Republican President in 2016 are very high.
It's going to be interesting seeing the kinds of things posted about who is chosen as president.

Very interesting, indeed.

One more thing...
